Change Gattaca Server Console modes

Command "MODE" is used to change Gattaca Server Console modes.

    
      Show Gattaca Server Error Codes:
         MODE ERROR <[ON]|[OFF]>
      Show help on execution error:
         MODE HELP <[ON]|[OFF]>
      Show current console state
         MODE

Return the positive answer or the negative answer with an explanation of an error.
