View number of Gattaca Server connections.

Command "CONSOLE" is used to view number of busy and free rooms used for consoles connections.

Return the positive answer - number of connections or the negative answer with an explanation of an error.

Remark

Now Gattaca Server support 1000 simultaneous connections.
